The Quest group of companies is specializing in Imaging Technology. All specific activities are done in seperate company entities to focus on the specific task, but Imaging Technology is the core of all companies. The image below gives an overview of the legal ownership structure of the companies. Note that the companies are not a Legal Group. All companies are self sustaining and have their own responsibilities and legal structure.
Quest Innovations B.V.(100% QI) is the holding company and has no activities. Only assets like buildings cars etc. are active in this company.
Quest Electronics B.V.(100% QI) is responsible for electronic production and assembly. Both of our own camera devices as specific devices for our customers.
Quest Projects B.V.(100% QI) specializes in specific customer specific projects in creating and designing new camera's and OEM camera modules for our customers.
Quest Photonic Devices B.V.(100% QI) has seen the light in 2008. This company specializes in engineering photonic devices for the medical industry.
Quest has invested also in the medical field through our investment in Bio Photonics Holding.
Bio Photonics Holding B.V. (25% QI) holds several patents for bio-photonic imaging and will develop new devices for this market. Especially the cardio vascular market. Sales and production are performed by the daughter companies.
O2View B.V (100% BPH) will market and sell the Artemis medical camera devices. These state-of-the-art devices will be the next generation of alien eyes in the medical field.
O2View Production B.V.(100% BPH) will assemble and test the medical devices engineered by Bio Photonics and sold by O2View.
As you can see the Quest group of companies is able to develop your next generation Imaging device, from single sensor camera's to high-tech multi-sensor stereo vision processing cameras.
